Family 1-2 Hour, Sport 4 Hour and Elite 12 Hour Adventure Races

About the Race

Elite Race – This is designed as a 12 hour Elite race but if you count up the hours (6 PM start and 9 AM finish) you will count 15 hours. Just consider that as bonus time, we expect most racers to finish within 12 hours. The elite race is just that, an elite race – do not register for the elite race unless you have previous AR experience or an experienced racer on your team.

Sport Race – Do you want to get a taste of adventure racing in a night format? This is your race category – expect some fun biking, paddling, and a little bit of navigation (but much easier than the elite race). If you have decent fitness this is a great format for getting started in adventure racing and experienced teams that aren’t quite ready to bit off 12 hours of night racing. You will have a fun midnight finish, with a post-race breakfast.

Family Race – We expect to be announcing a Sunday morning family race (registration is not open yet). This is designed to let Sport racers to join their families and race the next morning.
