About the Clinic
Learn how to make night racing your friend. Sessions cover lighting, night navigation, teamwork at night, bike lights, nutrition for 24-hour racing and map-reading at night.
Includes an hour session on bike, and one hour on trek – but at night! You will be getting 2 instructions and fieldwork in each discipline. Suitable for all skill levels.
Please note: A minimum of 12 participants are required for this clinic. If less than 12 participants register, we might cancel the event and refund everyone’s registration fee in full. We will keep everyone informed via email.

About the location
Rock Springs Run State Reserve is a 14,000-acre preserve located on the West side of the Wekiva River. Click Here for Information on Reserve. The Hammock House provides a great staging location and easy access to the Wekiva River. The Wekiva River is one of the most spectacular river paddles in Florida and this location allows access to the river in one of the most incredible stretches.

Besides running and biking through the incredible woods of the Rock Springs Run Reserve, teams will get to paddle on the Wekiva River and experience the incredible beauty of this National Wild and Scenic River – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wekiva_River . This is a can’t miss for any adventurer who wants to see more of Florida.
