Family 1-2 Hour, Sport 4 Hour, and Elite 12 Hour Adventure Race

About the Race

Returning for its 18th year (after taking one year off due to COVID restrictions), The Turkey Burn Adventure Race will be continuing its run as one of the longest running adventure races in Florida.

Race director Dave Brault, who has been the race’s course designer since it’s inception in 2003, has some amazing fun surprises in store for all teams! Dave’s course have offered some of the most challenging strategy, navigation, and terrain for elite racers. They have also offered some of the most fun you can have for sport and family racers.

Family Race – Family racers should also be prepared for an incredibly good time and  race. Family racers – this is a perfect race for the entire family and a great race to bring all the kids and race with them. We expect beautiful weather at this time of year – so this is the best of everything that you can expect.

Sport Race – The Sport race participants can expect a fun and challenging course with lots of surprises along the way. This is a map and compass course and requires navigation. This is a great race for solid athletes that are ready for 4 full hours of racing.

Elite Race – This is the premier elite race of the season. You can expect challenging navigation and terrain worthy of elite class adventure racing. This course is designed for experienced elite racers. Teams should have navigation experience and be able to handle all challenges.
